Denver Neighborhood Guide

Thinking about a move within Denver? Here's a quick guide to the central and northwest neighborhoods I work in most, with local favorites and things to do in each. Ask me about current prices and inventory in any of them.

Northwest Denver

Edgewater: a small independent city on the west shore of Sloan's Lake, with its own walkable main streets. Things to do: eat and shop at Edgewater Public Market and catch its Second Fridays events.

Berkeley: bungalows and new builds around Berkeley Lake Park and the Tennyson Street cultural district. Local favorites: Bakery Four, Tenn Street Coffee and Books and High Point Creamery. See more on Explore Tennyson.

West Highlands: Victorians, Tudors and bungalows on tree-lined streets around 32nd and Lowell. Things to do: browse the shops and restaurants of Highland Square, grab a scoop at Sweet Cow and visit West Side Books, a neighborhood bookstore for more than 20 years.

Sunnyside: classic Denver Squares and bungalows with quick access to downtown. Local favorites: two-Michelin-star The Wolf's Tailor and Bonacquisti Wine Company. Chaffee Park hosts the Sunnyside Music Festival.
