I have years of experience winning homes for my buyer clients who are often up against multiple offers, and I fully understand how to protect them throughout the mortgage, inspection, title and appraisal process.

My Pledge to You as a Buyer’s Agent

  • I am a Realtor, not simply a licensed salesperson. Therefore, I abide by a strict code of ethics. View the code of ethics online at nar.realtor.com. Among that code, my fiduciary responsibility is to you and you alone.

  • I disclose nothing about you that could compromise our position in the purchase of a home.

  • I am your advocate. We work together as a team to accomplish your goal of purchasing a home. My only obligation is to you. This purchase is about you only. If you aren’t happy, neither am I.

  • I am available from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm each and every day for you and will respond rapidly to your calls, texts, and emails. Once under agreement, my availability to you is full and absolute.

  • I will be there every step of the way: showings, getting under agreement, the loan and inspection process, and more. I am here to answer any questions and find solutions as they arise. If I don’t have an answer, I have many resources at my disposal to get them for you.

  • You pay me nothing. My fees are paid by the sellers and only when we settle upon a home for you!

  • I will be there with you long after settlement as a resource where you can turn for information on neighborhood values and questions about housing and improvements.
