Highlands, Denver Real Estate

The Highlands in northwest Denver covers West Highland, with Victorians, Tudors and bungalows around Highland Square, and Highland, better known as LoHi, with modern townhomes and skyline views a short walk from downtown. I'm Adam Zaitz, a Broker Associate with Compass, and I help buyers and sellers across the Highlands.

Highlands market snapshot

  • West Highland: median sale price about $931,000 over the three months ending September 2026, up 8%. Homes sold in a median of 13 days at about 99.6% of asking, and about 4 in 10 sold above asking.

  • Highland (LoHi): median sale price about $909,000, up 4%. Homes sold in a median of 27 days at about 98.4% of asking, and about 1 in 4 sold above asking.

What that means: West Highland is one of Denver's hottest neighborhoods right now, with many homes going under contract in under two weeks. LoHi moves a little slower, so buyers have a bit more room there.
