We have in-house title companies, lawyers, lenders and others crucial to the selling process, and my team and I will be there with you throughout each step of the process. Fully protecting your interests in the largest asset you own is something I don't take lightly. We work full-time, we are there on your schedule and timeline. We understand that there is a right time in each of our lives to sell a home and move on, and that it can't be forced.


My Pledge to You as a Seller’s Agent

  • I am a Realtor, not simply a licensed salesperson. Therefore, I abide by a strict code of ethics. View the code of ethics online at nar.realtor.com. Among that code, my fiduciary responsibility is to you and you alone.

  • I disclose nothing about you that could compromise our position in the purchase or sale of a home.

  • I am your advocate. We together, work as a team to accomplish your goal of selling your home. My only obligation is to you. This sale is about you only. If you aren’t happy, neither am I.

  • I am available from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm each and every day for you and will respond rapidly to your calls, texts, and emails. Once under agreement, my availability to you is full and absolute.

  • I will be there every step of the way. From marketing and showings, through getting it under agreement to the loan and inspection process, the appraisal, any township certifications, or title work that has to be done.

  • I have a team of vendors, title workers, compliance officers, lawyers, lenders, and more to get through every stage of the process.

  • I am here to answer any questions and find solutions as they arise. If I don’t have an answer, I have many resources at my disposal to get them for you.

  • I will continuously market your home in any and every way possible, negotiate the absolute best terms for your most precious asset, and make this is a simple and easy process for you.
